Drop in anytime for our year-round anger management group, where you’ll learn practical tools for emotional regulation and building healthier relationships. Come to group and experience a strong sense of community, accountability, and ongoing personal growth.

Self Esteem and Body Image Focus Group

Thursdays 

January 8th - February 26th, 2026

6pm - 7pm

Do you struggle with your relationship with food, criticizing your body, or never feeling good enough? You’re not alone. Join our Self-Esteem & Body Image Focus Group starting Thursday, January 8th at 6pm. This is a safe, compassionate space to explore how faith and self-worth intertwine. Together, we’ll unpack the roots of body dissatisfaction, perfectionism, and unhealthy eating patterns, and begin to understand how these struggles affect both our physical and spiritual well-being. Guided by evidence-based modalities, Biblical scripture, and support, we’ll challenge the lies of comparison and shame, learning to see ourselves as God does; fearfully and wonderfully made.

Life Giving Group

Wednesday | 10:30am

Life Giving Group is a weekly gathering where people come to give and receive encouragement in a relaxed, welcoming setting. There’s space for honest conversation, prayer, and sharing life together. We often close with a simple hymn or song. Whether you need support, want to offer it, or just want to be around others walking in faith—this is a place to be refreshed.

Men's Group

Wednesday | 6:30pm

Join is for a weekly men’s group designed to empower men toward healthy, authentic masculinity. Each session includes practical tools and guided discussion to help men lead with integrity and purpose. It’s a space to show up, talk about real things, and support one another in becoming more grounded and intentional in everyday life.

This is an ongoing group, so join us any wednesday!
